Tourism travelers from non-UE countries (third countries) will be allowed entry in Spain as long as they have been fully vaccinated (a complete vaccination cycle, two shots if required).
The vaccination cycle has to be completed at least 14 days before arrival to Spain.
Accepted vaccines are Pfizer-Biontech, Moderna, Astra-Zeneca, Jansen/Johnson & Johnson, Sinovac and Sinopharm. Only.
Travelers of less than 6 years of age are exempt of this vaccination requirement.
Please, notice that we talk about Tourism Travelers, this is, travelers for leisure purposes. Travelers for purposes other than Tourism (essential travel purposes) may enter Spain with either a Vaccination Certificate, a Diagnostic Certificate (negative PCR test) or a Recovery certificate (proof that the disease has been overcome). Please, refer to the press note below for more details.
All travelers willing to enter Spain (even those of less than 6 years of age) are required to fulfill the SPTH form available at www.spth.gob.es, prior to embarking. This form can be fulfilled in an individual manner or family wise. This step is mandatory to all persons entering Spain from other countries, including international transits, regardless of their nationality, age or any other consideration. Each form is personal and non-transferable, and is associated with a single trip. Before travelling to Spain, make sure that you have signed the form on the website www.spth.gob.es or on our mobile app. With this you will obtain the QR code that you will have to show (paper or on mobile phone) to the transport company before boarding and at the health control upon arrival in Spain.
REMEMBER: despite you fulfilling the on-line SPTH form, you still need to carry your proof or certificate of vaccination with you (best on paper), for documental control when boarding and upon arriving to Spain. This vaccination certificate must be issued in Spanish, English, French or German language.
