Reid Creek Lodge at Wagonhound

Through Reid Creek Lodge at Wagonhound guests explore their own national park, privately. They will craft an exclusive and bespoke experience just for guests and their group, no one else. The Lodge is ideal to foster connectedness among a group with thoughtfully planned common areas to spend the day spending time together. The 8,000 square foot lodge has seven beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodating up to 22 guests. Additional capacity is available in a variety of forms.  Private guides will curate an experience designed specially for the clients. Adventure is limited only by the imagination. Secluded in the rural Wyoming mountains,  guests will be surrounded by the smells, sounds, and touch of Mother Nature alone, and provided the opportunity to connect authentically with the American West. Define your own experience and learn to play again within the grandeur of the natural environment and remember what it is like to slow down and just breathe.

Season Dates: June 1st thru August 30th

All culinary needs are met by a private chef. Family-style breakfast allows for leisurely mornings to accommodate different schedules. Lunch will be planned alongside the adventure; be it a picnic lunch at the lake, a travel bag for your summiting plans, or a peaceful plated affair on the back porch of Reid Creek watching the wildlife go by. Dinner can be planned to accommodate the group’s desires but is often a plated meal at Reid Creek Lodge. Many guests also enjoy an evening over the campfire up in the mountains or an “evening out” at the breathtaking Headquarters Lodge proceeded by a creek side cocktail wagon ride.
